Mireia champion of the Zagreb Grand Prix

Mireia Lapuerta has been proclaimed champion of the Zagreb Grand Prix after winning the final of the -48 kg category against the Serbian Milica Nikolic. The judoka representing the Valencian Judo Federation thus wins her fourth international medal in 2023.

The judoka was proclaimed champion on the Croatian mat after an impeccable career, beating the Serbian Andrea Stojadinov in the semifinals and Abiba Abuzhakynova, from Kazakhstan. Previously, in the preliminary rounds, she beat the Brazilian Natasha Ferreira and the French Marine Gilly.
